PHOTO DAYS: Thurs 11th and Fri 12th June 2026

Deposit Fee: $25 per child required PRIOR to photo week

Please register no later than Mon 8th June 2026.

We will take 10-15 different images of your child. You then receive a $25 credit to spend in your child's online gallery.

4 weeks after photos are completed, you will receive an email with details on how to view your child's gallery.

If your child DOES NOT attend on Thurs 11th or Fri 12th, you can book them in for a time slot here.

FAQs

Q. Will my child be photographed if I DO NOT pay the $25 deposit?

A. No, the service is only extended to the families that pre-pay the $25 deposit. Deposits are refundable only if your child is absent on photo day.

Q. Do I have to submit a registration and payment for EACH CHILD if I have more than one child at the centre?

A. Yes, registrations are required for each child and packages available for each child. If sibling photos are selected, images will be placed in the youngest child's gallery.

Do you have any special requests?

e.g. glasses on/off, headband on for photos, can be found in bag. Please note children will be photographed as they are with what they are wearing. Children need to come dressed on photo day as we cannot change clothing for children.

I give the studio permission to use my child's photos for their promotional material (E.g. website, social media, sample packs, etc). Your child's photos will not be used for any other purposes out of Studio Eclectic's marketing material
