1. How long until I can see the photos taken from my child's photo day?

The galleries are available to view and order 4 weeks from your photo shoot date. If you filled out the registration form with your email address, we will automatically notify you via email when your gallery is ready. Registrations and payments need to be done before the deadline (Thurs before photo week).

2. How do I pay?

After adding your selection of photos to your shopping cart through the web gallery, you can choose your payment option to pay via credit card or direct deposit by clicking on the 'Check out' button.

3. I forgot to register my child and their photo week is this week! What do I do?
The best thing to do is to notify us straight away via email: [email protected]. Our admin assistant will be able to direct you on what to do and how to book in a  day. As we will be busy photographing the children we won't be able to take phone calls.

5. What if my child is absent and misses out on having their photo taken?

We usually organise a make up day in the following fortnight or so for any sick children or those who were not in on the photo days. Please email us at [email protected] to arrange time slot.

6. How long will the delivery take?

As long as the order is paid in full, all print orders should arrive back to the centre in 4-6 weeks. Delivery times may vary depending on the type of products ordered. All digital orders are instant downloads as you will receive an email with a link to click and download your photos.

7. Is the logo (watermark) going to be removed from the image?

Of course! Once you have made payment for digital or print orders, the watermark will be removed. It is only used to protect our work against downloads as our work is copyright protected.

8. What are the quality of prints, enlargements etc?

We are committed to offering only the highest quality prints and products. All photos are printed on professional grade archival photographic paper and archival materials and colour corrected on top of the range calibrated monitors. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your photo products, please feel free to call or email us: [email protected].

9. Do I need to register and pay the $25 for each child individually if I have more than one child at the centre?
Yes, we will have individual galleries for each child and you can also choose an option to have sibling photos taken on the day all children are attending the centre.
