By submitting this order, you agree that there will be no further changes made to size, quantity or cropping of the image as the images will be sent straight to production. All orders placed before the expiry date will be delivered to the centre if you have chosen that option. If there are orders made after the expiry date, there may be a charge of $15.50 to cover the cost of shipping and/or administration.

I understand that Studio Eclectic owns the Copyright of the images. I/we agree not to copy/scan these images. I/we will use these photographs as agreed and understand they may not be altered, retouched or edited as this is a breach of this agreement.The studio will not use your child's images for marketing purposes without your consent as selected on the permission form.
